The tenth step on the pathway to healing is faith.
When you are unwell and haven't been able to heal,
and you're battling a condition or an illness,
you can begin to lose faith.
Faith in your body, in your life, and even in God.
And the same distrust and loss of faith
can happen for any kind of pain or injustice you experience in your life,
whether it's emotional, spiritual, physical.
Yet in the end, faith is the most important of all.
See, it's something to understand.
When we're sick and we're not well,
and we're in a condition or a health crisis,
or we have an illness or been given a diagnosis
and we don't feel good one way or another,
we have to understand that a part of our body is still working for us.
In fact, our blood is still pumping, our heart's still pumping,
Our immune system is still fighting for us.
We have to honor this.
We can't lose faith in the healing process.
We have to have faith in the parts of our body that are working.
And if you don't have faith, we then have to acknowledge the parts of our body that are working for us.
We have to be good to the parts of our body that are working for us.
We have to be good to our heart.
We have to be good to our liver.
We have to be good to our blood pumping.
We have to be good to our immune system.
We have to be good to our brain.
Because there's so many pieces of us that are working every single day to help you heal and help you recover.
Even if you're battling an ailment, a symptom.
So if you're battling a skin condition or a liver condition or you're battling migraines or you're battling fatigue.
or you're battling a diagnosis of MS, of fibro,
or you're dealing with Lyme disease,
you got aches and pains or your back is bad
or you got neurological symptoms, anxiety, fear,
if you got depression all the time,
just know how much is working for you,
how much your body is working for you.
And we can't ignore that because we have to feed into that.
We have to be careful we don't feed into all of our pain.
we have to be careful we don't feed in to all of our suffering now it's okay to validate
ourselves and to know we're suffering and we're in pain we feel that that's there we're living with
that but we have to feed into the parts of our body that is working for us and we have to love
and acknowledge those pieces of our body those parts of our body we have to acknowledge and we
have to love and we have to validate knowing that it's working for us. When we do this,
automatically faith is being built. See, if you just have a desire to live, if you want to live,
you already have some faith inside of you. If you don't want to live, then yes, faith is very,
very, very on a minute scale. You'll have a little bit in you, but we have to really tap into that.
But if you want to live and you want to get through this and you want to live each day
and you want to be there to see your grandchildren and you want to be there to work
and you want to be there to be productive and you want to be there for your loved ones
and you want to be there for your pets and you want to be there just to be here for any reason,
then you have some faith inside of you.
You do.
You see, we were born having faith.
We came into this world having faith.
This is critical for you to know.
Please listen to this.
When we first are born, we are completely saturated in faith.
We only see through the eyes of faith.
We only see the light of faith.
When we're babies, all we do is have faith and see faith and live in faith and nothing but faith.
And then as we go through life, it breaks down.
Because trust is broken.
Trust is broken.
That's part of how we lose faith.
We have experiences that are not good.
We have experiences that challenge us.
We have betrayals along the way.
We have conflicts.
And so as all these things happen,
our faith dwindles down and starts to break down.
We start to lose it.
But we were saturated in it.
We were filled with it as babies.
We have to go back to that feeling of being a baby.
We have to go to that time of being an infant.
We have to go to that time period.
Even if you don't remember,
even if you don't remember
you have to tap into that
that's one technique
to build your faith
because that's when your faith
was at its highest
that's when it was at its highest
because we come through here
given faith
God gives us faith
to come through with
a higher source
from the heavens
when we come through
when we're born
we're given
a treasure trove
a massive treasure trove of faith
to come through the world into.
And we have it.
We carry this faith with us as we come in.
But we have to tap into that.
It's very important.
Don't see faith as something separate from you.
Don't see it as something that's not tangible
and it's in the distance
and you can't touch it and you can't get it
and it does nothing for you
and there's nothing you can do to have faith.
Don't see it that way.
because faith really is inside of you.
We're going to build on that.
We're going to create more faith.
Everybody has a belief system.
We all have belief systems.
We believe that our car works a certain way,
the way it does.
We believe our friendships have a belief system
in how our friendships work.
We have a belief system in how our partners are.
We have a belief system in how our careers work,
a belief system on our jobs.
We have a belief system in so many different levels.
we have a belief system in how our creativity works.
We have a belief system around food.
Oh, we really have a belief system around food.
There's no question.
We have lots of belief systems built about that.
But we have to have a belief system built around faith.
We have to.
There's no question we have to start having that belief system.
We just can't have all these belief systems around all these other things
but not have a belief system around faith.
I've seen people believe in God but have no faith.
I've seen people believe in the heavens but have no faith.
I've seen people believe in angels but have no faith.
We have to build that faith.
We truly do.
We have it. We have it in us.
We have to build upon it.
That's what we need to do.
So we're going to do a little exercise.
this exercise is really powerful for rebuilding faith
this is a big one
this is the way we ignite it
this is the way we bring faith into our hearts
and into our souls
this is it right here
so I want you to relax
you can lay down relaxing
you can lay down on a bed
you can lay down on your couch
you can lay down on a yoga mat
you can lay down outside
on the grass
but I want you to see a rope that's trailing down from heaven.
A golden rope that's trailing down from heaven
and it's dangling right in front of you.
Right above you just about.
It's a golden rope shimmering with gold and it has light around it.
This rope goes all the way up into heaven.
It's attached to a large bell.
It's attached to a large bell.
It is.
because that's the bell.
That's the bell of faith.
That's what that bell is.
That's the bell of faith.
The angel of faith rides right along that bell.
That's the bell of faith.
So what you're going to do is you're going to pull on that rope.
You're going to grab it and you're going to pull it down.
You don't have to lift your arm up to do this exercise.
You can't do that.
You can keep your arm down.
But you reach up and you see yourself reaching up
and you grab onto that rope and you pull it down
and you start rocking that bell back and forth.
And you start ringing that bell.
What this does is it ignites the faith
that you had when you came through into here as a baby.
When you were born and you came out of the womb
and you arrived
and you had infinite amount of faith,
you had tremendous amounts of faith
This ignites this.
It does.
And if you believe in God, this ignites your faith in God even more.
You believe in God, this ignites your faith within yourself even more.
This is the faith button.
This is the faith switch.
This is the faith rope that you're pulling.
And if you don't feel faith infusing inside your body there,
you will feel it along the way.
you will notice a week later
you will notice a month later
that you have more faith
than you did about things before
and it starts to fill in
you'll have more faith to heal
more faith that your body is working for itself
more faith in your family
more faith in your friends
more faith in your work
more faith in your purpose
more faith in everything about you
it's going to build
and strengthen
every day
and then you can take that faith and build upon it
and build upon it
because faith is like a tiny stream
and as more water runs into the stream
it gets larger
and it no longer becomes a tiny stream anymore
it becomes a larger stream
and a larger stream and then a river
and then it becomes a vital living
massive, strong
running river.
This is what you need faith to turn into
and it will, I promise.
And the armor this puts around you
and protects you with
is the armor from God.
It's the armor from the heavens.
It's the armor from the light.
Because faith is what pulls us
out of the darkness.
It's what pulls us out of the fear
and when we're not able to see the faith
we don't act the way we're really supposed to
when we make mistakes
this is rebuilding your faith
this is putting your armor back on
this is going to protect you
that stream, that river
is going to turn into a large body of water
and you will feel it
thank you for being with me on this journey
blessings
talk to you on the next step.
